How to use AdminClear
Follow the path for your role. Features that are not available yet are labeled clearly.
Find your training path
Choose Texas or Colorado, the service category, your role, and your situation. A nursing license is not required to take the courses; legal qualifications for designation are evaluated separately.
Create an individual account
Save your course and regulatory state to your own account. You can start without being connected to an agency.
Set up an agency
Create an agency account, verify the email, and enter the legal name, license, state, and regulatory program.
Confirm the state and program
The program selected during setup determines the state and rules AdminClear uses. Each license stays separate.
Add and manage people
Add the designation and start date. AdminClear calculates hours, topics, and deadlines from the versioned rules.
Complete a course and assessment
Lessons save progress and engaged time. The final assessment is untimed, resumable, and requires 80% to pass.
Certificates and verification
After a passing score, issuance stays blocked until required identity verification is complete. Staging certificates are clearly marked TEST.
